Now I actually like my job as weird as that sounds. The people I work are awesome and they joke around all the time, my favorite person to work with is actually my younger manager. However lately he has been annoying and frusterating everyone at my work, we think that it was his promotion recently. He was promoted from assistant manager to restaurant general manager and at first we were all very happy for him and proud because he had been waiting forever for this to finally happen. It went to his head now and he thinks he is king of the world and throws his weight around all the time. Last Monday we were busy and it was 5:14 no joke and he was scheduled till five, well heres the thing if your store is busy you should stay a little late to help out right? No he actually put his jacket on with phones ringing off the hook and pizzas backed up on the oven and left! I ignored his bye I was so mad! What makes it worse is that about five minutes before he yelled at Chris for trying to clock in like 13 minutes early to help us! Servers get paid like $2.50 an hour its like 75 cents really now! He told him that he didn't want to get in trouble for his tricks! Plus besides that I have three days a week, I need more hours and he told me that I could have them but he actually took away one of my days and gave it to another server with four days already because she was complaining about hours! So now I lost my ten hour day which I made $100 on so she could have her hours! I'm so frusterated and wish that he would get off his high horse!
